It is very important to take breaks in between. Instead of constantly working so that you get it over with ASAP, you must fit in 3-4 small breaks and a lunch or dinner break as per your work timings. Keep those breaks to 10 minutes, have water, roam around the house or simply enjoy the plants at home, anything but get up and move. It breaks the monotony, gives your eyes and mind a little rest and you feel less stressed.
